We had a great stay and enjoyed the beautiful pool and nice views. the location was perfect for a peaceful and relaxing vacation, with a short walk to the charming town and its shops and restaurants. the staff was friendly and helpful with plenty of activities to keep us entertained. Our room was clean and comfortable, with good facilities for cooking meals. We also appreciated the free bikes available for exploring the area.

The breakfast could have had more options, but overall it was still a decent meal to start the day.

The pool was gorgeous!! Our apartment was perfect for the three of us (with baby). The kitchenette was fully equipped and allowed us to prepare the baby's meals. The balcony provided wonderful views of the Mediterranean. The property was quiet and peaceful as we were there during the off-season. And the restaurant adjacent to the property (Il Fosso) was outstanding.

The hotel restaurant was not open to the general public and we were not made aware of the option to add meals to our stay. But there was a fantastic restaurant adjacent to the property (Il Fosso) and we ended up eating there every night.

The location was perfect, near the centre of Marciana Marina, a beautifull cosy place. There was een very nice large swimming pool. The studio was fine with a wide balcony and a nice view.

The pool area was great and we enjoyed the bike rentals. The balcony had an amazing view and the quiet location was perfect for a relaxing stay.

The breakfast selection was very limited and some of the rooms had unpleasant odors. Communication with staff was difficult due to language barriers and the location was a bit out of the way.

Room and Sorround

- Nice large pool, eventhough it was always crouded - clean room - nice view from the common area (if you are lucky even from the room) - staff tries to be nice, but because most of them do not speak even one word of any forign language we did not communicate much

- Very very poor breakfast choise (one sort of not good bread, one sort of ham, one sort of cheese, marmelade, yoghurt - whole week the same) - very very small room, without balcony or terace -> most of the rooms have balcony or terace and were looking OK, but as we booked through Booked.net of course we "deserved" the smallest room available. Furniture from the 70is, AC not working. - expect only italians, at the time we were only forign guests at the hotel. Consequently staff speaks english poorly...even weekdays and numbers represent a problem, they maybe speak a little bit of french -> we had quite a problem with the communication (but this is the same in whole Elba).

The pool was amazing and very well maintained. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always offering helpful suggestions for things to do in the area. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by shops and restaurants.

The room was a bit outdated and could have used some upgrades, especially in the bathroom. The air conditioning was also a bit weak, but thankfully the windows opened for some fresh air. The breakfast could have been a bit more varied, but it was still decent.we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient city break.

Moreover, the location of the hotel was perfect as it offered stunning views of both the town and the sea.

The pool area is clean and well-maintained, and the hotel's restaurant serves excellent food, especially during the buffet nights.

We had an amazing stay with many highlights. The beautiful pool has a breathtaking view of both the hills and the city. Additionally, the hotel facilities were fantastic, from the kitchenette in our apartment to the free bikes and accompaniments for hiking, snorkelling, and canoeing. The buffet nights in the hotel's restaurant were also excellent, and staff were always on hand to communicate with us in English. Moreover, the location was perfect - we enjoyed a pleasant walk along a pedestrian path to the marina and nearby beaches. This city had great public transportation links around the island, and we were surrounded by lovely shops, restaurants, and bars.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
